Eric “EJ” Johnson has over 35 years experience as a musician, 30 years experience as a teacher and practitioner of Qi Gong and martial arts, 20 years experience running his own construction and painting business, and has also been producing and running his own recording studio for 10 years now.

Jay Isaacson worked in marketing for a musical instrument retailer, producing ads, catalogs and other content for musicians and schools across the US. His video production experience has included lyric videos, live events, and interviews. Jay is currently a singing pianist and church band leader in Wisconsin.

Ian Newman earned an honours degree in Electronic Engineering from London University (UK), and then cut his teeth as a software engineer developing products for Bell Northern Research before starting his own business as a freelance software developer and IT consultant.
