Founder, CEO

Gary Gray is an Award-Winning singer/songwriter, composer, producer, engineer, Music Supervisor, and a voting member of the Grammy Recording Academy. Gary has been personally mentored by legends including Quincy Jones, Phil Collins, Phil Ramone, Jermaine Jackson and others.

Deb Wolf
Board Observer

Deb Wolf is the founder and President of PraiseWorthy Publishing based in Tampa Bay, FL. She’s been in leadership at several Fortune 10 companies such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi/Tropicana, and Verizon where she expanded her business and marketing experience which ultimately enabled her to pursue her music aspirations full-time.

Alexander Vlachos, a.k.a. Greater Alexander, was named Metro Detroit’s best songwriter by the city’s alt weekly. His original piano and guitar works have been featured in ads for Amazon, Jeep, Dodge, the Comedy Central series “Detroiters”, and others. Alexander is the driving force behind the inspiring philanthropic undertaking that is The Greater Impact House.

Eitan Frysch
General Counsel

Eitan Frysh is an attorney with extensive experience handling a broad spectrum of transactional, contractual, intellectual property, and litigation matters on behalf of clients primarily in the music, film, and television industry. He is currently an Associate Counsel at Group Nine Media. 

Joseph DeNatale
Board Observer

Joseph DeNatale is a songwriter, producer and entertainer who has worked with hundreds of clients in over 20 countries and performed for audiences across the US. His music has been heard in feature films and in ad campaigns for international brands.

Sean Babila
Senior Vice President

Sean Babila works as an experienced national Environmental Health and Safety Manager for one of North America's premier distributors of automotive chemicals and products. He is known for consistently delivering positive safety metrics and year over year improvements, while effectively coaching and leading organizations to a self-sustainable and all-inclusive safety culture synergistic with productivity and quality.

David Forlano
VP Treasury, Production, & QC

David Forlano has a strong corporate background in real estate and property management, with project management and support experience across transactions, administration, finance, and PMO. He also has a degree in music business from Full Sail University. 

Kara Revnes
VP of Personnel, Commmunication, & Marketing

Kara Revnes earned a degree in business from Emory University, and began her career at Procter & Gamble. After garnering additional business development and client service skills at World 50, Revnes left to form her own company and has lead a broad range of projects across audio and video production, video game audio, live events, PR and more.

Matt Staples
Deputy VP, Production

Matt Staples is an experienced IT consultant to Sussex businesses & data protection consultant offering GDPR compliance and school process management advice to schools in the UK.

Robert Lanting
Director of Communications

Robert Lanting has a bachelor's degree in law with a minor in communications. His professional experience (next to being a musician/composer) ranges from customer service and customer experience to several positions in HR. He currently works as a music coordinator for a music school, where he is responsible for hiring and managing music teachers.

Peter Angelos
Marketing & Sales Director

Peter has a long history working in managerial positions in the human services field.  His specialty has been program and project management, quality management, and program development.  He also provides consultation services to a variety of programs and services.

Kelly Walsh
IT Director

Kelly Walsh is Chief Information Officer, CISO, and an Assistant Professor at The College of Westchester in White Plains, NY. Walsh is also the founder of the popular education technology website Walsh was cited as a “Top 30 Higher Education IT Influencer” by EdTechMagazine in 2020 and received a 2020 CIO Award from the Info-Tech Research Group.

Travis Nilan
Director of Composers & Songwriters

Travis Nilan has an extensive background working in the tech industry and is currently the Product Documentation Manager at Peloton in New York City. In 2021, he was the recipient of a Silver Stevie award for "Best Use of Technology in Customer Service" for his work in improving customer experience.

Jay Isaacson
Director of Visual & Social Media

Jay Isaacson worked in marketing for a musical instrument retailer, producing ads, catalogs and other content for musicians and schools across the US. His video production experience has included lyric videos, live events, and interviews. Jay is currently a singing pianist and church band leader in Wisconsin.

Stephen Kelly
Director of Producers and Engineers

Stephen Kelly is a producer, engineer, songwriter and sound designer. His work has been featured in Award-Winning feature films, national advertising campaigns, animation series and AAA video games. Stephen helps artists bring their songs to life and share their stories with a global audience!


Eric "EJ" Johnson
Director of Licensing

Eric “EJ” Johnson has over 35 years experience as a musician, 30 years experience as a teacher and practitioner of Qi Gong and martial arts, 20 years experience running his own construction and painting business, and has also been producing and running his own recording studio for 10 years now.

Jack Hui Litster
Director of Quality Control

Jack Hui Litster is an accomplished educator and in-demand composer, with over a decade of experience in non-profit management and currently works in the music department of Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. He has also been involved as an editor and writer for three music-related books.

Debbie Donovan
Director of Licensing Services

Dr. Donovan is a Partner in a large Medical Practice in England. She is responsible for Care Quality and works in cross-organisational teams to develop patient pathways. Married to a prolific Composer, Debbie is also a flautist and a Scout Leader. She brings a wealth of management and musical experience to TEAM.

Bob Moosavi
Inspections Officer

Bob Moosavi has Over 23 years of IT experience including leadership positions as IT Process Manager, PMP Certified Senior IT Project Manager, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified Scrum Master, Producer, Senior Business Analyst, Senior Programmer Analyst, Database Administrator, and Webmaster.
